AGM FEBRUARY 5th 2011
- The BSL Annual General Meeting will be held Saturday February 5th, 2011 at 10:00am in the
Britannia Room at the The Black Bull Pub (Guelph Line & QEW).
- This is a mandatory meeting and each team must be represented and must bring a $400 deposit cheque
for the 2011 outdoor season. Also bring your floodlight key in order to receive your $100 deposit back.
SATURDAY NOVEMBER 6 - BSL BANQUET
- On Saturday November 6, the BSL is holding its annual year end awards night and banquet.
This has historically been a very well attended event by teams in all of our divisions, even if they are not there to collect any trophies.
Although we typically see a dramatic upswing in ticket sales after Finals Day, this year sales are noticeably behind where we typically have been in past years.
- The banquet is not only an excellent opportunity for everyone to interact off the pitch, but it is also a significant driver of revenue for the BSL.
This revenue is reinvested back into our budget and helps to offset team fees each season.
- Tickets are $30 each, which includes admission, dinner and bottles of wine for the table and are available at the Black Bull on Guelph Line Saturday morning from 11:00 to 12:30.

REGISTRATIONS FOR TEAMS AND INDIVIDUALS FOR INDOOR
AFFILIATES WIN PROMOTION FROM DIVISION 2 IN THEIR DEBUT SEASON
- The Affiliates Football Club complete a successful season winning promotion from
Open Age Division 2.
In other Open Age divisions, the Premier Division
league title was decided on the final Match Day as the Rovers edged out their traditional rivals the Lakers.
While in Division 1 action, North Shore FC claimed 1st.
- Congratulations to the Thunder on retaining their
Womens Division 1 title and to Last Call taking the
Division 2 Championship and promotion to Div 1.
- Congratulations to the Colts who are the 2010
Over 41 Division 1 title holders
